High School Football

As part of a class project, I contributed to a Daily Orange gallery of high school football photos after a local team won its first sectional title in nearly 20 years. I adapted to the quick thinking required of photographers shooting a football game and looked for photo opportunities all around the stadium – not just of the players on the field – in order to capture the atmosphere in the Carrier Dome that afternoon.

Artist Profile: Charlie Buechner

I spent time with Charlie – a self-proclaimed “barber by day and monster-maker by night – at his home studio, his studio just outside of downtown Syracuse and at a show where he displayed his work. The end result was a personality profile in the form of a video.
